Olga Kachook is a Senior Manager at GreenBlue, where she leads efforts around compostable packaging, bioplastics, food waste, and reusable packaging. Her background includes expertise in compostable materials and packaging, zero waste facility certification, life cycle analysis, and sustainable materials management. Prior to joining GreenBlue, she led corporate sustainability and waste initiatives at World Centric, Etsy, Cascade Designs, and Cascadia Consulting. Olga has a Master of Environmental Management from Yale University's School of Environment, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington. She is certified as a LEED Green Associate and a TRUE Zero Waste Advisor.

Joel Gamoran is one of the countries most well-known sustainable chefs. Joel hosted the hit series “Scraps” on A&E Networks where he championed ingredients that typically get tossed, and became the culinary face of the fight against food waste!
For ten years Joel served as the National Chef for Sur La Table running the biggest recreational cooking school in the world. Today, Joel makes monthly appearances on NBC’s Today Show and is a consistent contributor to national publications such as Martha Stewart and Oprah Magazine. Joel has two culinary degrees from both the Culinary Institute of America and the Culinary Institute of Florence. Joel authored the book ”Cooking Scrappy.” Inside, he shares recipes and tips with readers on how to stop food waste, save money, and love what you eat.
