His most recent project is Scopus AI, a service that combines vector search with large language models to empower researchers in discovering new topic areas.

Customer Success Manager (Norway, Denmark, Greenland and Faroe Islands) - Elsevier
Ju is a Customer Success Manager for Norway, Denmark, Greenland and Faroe Islands at Elsevier. Ju works closely with Elsevier’s academic and governmental customers involving student, researchers, library personnel and research office staff, supporting them to inform strategic research planning, publication strategies, scientific landscaping, benchmarking, as well as collaborations. Prior to this role, Ju Served as Research Intelligence Customer Consultant for greater China at Elsevier. Before joining Elsevier, she worked for Schlumberger R&D centre and HPE in various software product development and project management roles.

Ju is committed to understanding the challenges of the various stakeholders and advocates for the responsible use of data and tools to inform decisions. Her main focus lies on academic-corporate collaboration, institution-wide application of research intelligence databases, analytical tools and data quality.
