Pete Kaulbach is a seasoned business leader over 30 years of experience in the payments industry. He is currently leading commercialization globally for Digital First at Mastercard.

Prior to his current role, Pete has served in various senior product roles in Credit, Debit, Mobile and Digital Enablement where he was responsible for driving business growth, managing global teams, and overseeing strategic partnerships.

Pete is recognized for his expertise in product development, digital enablement, consumer experience and execution. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and an MBA, both from the University of Windsor in Canada.
