Head of Research Operations
Jack Dunne serves as the Head of Research Operations at PlaytestCloud, where he oversees over 5,000 research projects annually. With over six years in the field, Jack’s expertise is enriched by a background in recording studios and the culinary world, infusing a surprisingly familiar perspective into games user research and development processes. A recognized figure in the industry, Jack previously held a position on the Steering Committee for Games User Research and User Experience at the IGDA.
