Training Head of Corporate Facilities and at present an Independent Hospitality Trainer and
Consultant and Dheya Mentor.
Graduate in Nutrition, Dietetics and Food Service Management. Post-graduate in both
Hotel Management and Public Administration and published several hospitality research
papers.
