The Maui Shrine Club faced two immense challenges: declining participation post-pandemic and the devastation of the Maui wildfires. But their leadership refused to give up. They turned to the recently founded Order of the Inebriati—a group of passionate craft beverage enthusiasts within the club—to create a sanctuary for Noble brothers to find solace amidst the turmoil. What began as a shared love for craft beverages soon blossomed into a vital space for healing, fellowship, and community. The OIO not only revitalized camaraderie within the club but also became a powerhouse for fundraising and recruitment.
Join us for an inspiring session with Noble Johnny Ryan, OIO founder and Maui Shrine Club president, as he shares their extraordinary journey. Discover how they harnessed the power of social media, launched the wildly popular Order of the Inebriati podcast, and even tapped into AI technology to build a thriving brand and tribe. You'll learn the secrets to establishing a successful brewers' unit in your own temple, while navigating the intricacies of bylaws, legalities, and cultural nuances.
Prepare for an interactive, visually captivating presentation that will leave you inspired—and maybe a little thirsty!
Following this session, learners will be able to:
• Revitalized Fellowship: Discover how the Order of the Inebriati (OIO) reunited members and built a stronger, more connected community.
• Boosted Membership & Fundraising: Learn how the OIO’s innovative activities attracted new members and significantly increased fundraising for the Aloha Temple.
• Enhanced Brand Identity: Explore how the OIO used social media, podcasts, and creative marketing to establish a distinct and appealing brand that resonates.
