Jeffrey W. Clark is an analyst in Vanguard Strategic Retirement Consulting. He provides strategic and customized analytics designed to help plan sponsors better understand their participants’ behavior and plan design effectiveness. In addition, Mr. Clark is responsible for data analysis to support Vanguard Center for Investor Research as well as additional Vanguard retirement research initiatives. Mr. Clark joined Vanguard in 1998. Before Strategic Retirement Consulting, he worked in Participant Services and the Compliance Testing and Analysis department, assisting plan sponsors with plan design and compliance issues. Mr. Clark earned a B.A. in economics from Bucknell University.
