CAPA Masterclass Series: Aviation and travel looking beyond COVID-19

As aviation and travel enters an unprecedented period of darkness, the industry that emerges will look vastly different than it did before the COVID-19 outbreak. The implications are wide-ranging and highly disruptive. The industry will be significantly smaller, with fewer players and fewer aircraft. As an industry, we need to start planning now for life after COVID-19.

The first of CAPA’s Masterclasses, will take a global big picture overview of our industry and where it will be in the next few years. Coordinated government and industry action is needed - now - if catastrophe is to be avoided. As the impact of the coronavirus and multiple government travel reactions sweep through our world, many airlines have probably already been driven into technical bankruptcy, or are at least substantially in breach of debt covenants.”
