Mooyeon Oh-Park, MD, MS, Burke Rehabilitation Hospital’s Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer, oversees the Burke’s operations in patient care, education, and research. She also plays a key role in strategic planning and expansion of Burke’s programs and rehabilitation services within Montefiore Health System. Dr. Oh-Park is board-certified in PM&R, Electrodiagnostic/Neuromuscular Medicine, and Sports Medicine and a Professor in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she has been leading the clinical operation and academic activities including expansion of surge beds, creating COVID-19 rooms, implementation of clinical protocols, staff safety with personal protective equipment (PPE) policy, telehealth use, and promotion of well-being among patients and staff. She received 15 teaching awards with 50 peer reviewed publications. Under her leadership, Burke has been serving the role of acute rehabilitation hub for COVID-19 patients and other patients with various rehabilitation needs in New York and tristate area, in U.S.

Rochelle Dy, M.D. is a full time Pediatric Physiatrist and Clinic Chief for PM&R at the Texas Children's Hospital (TCH) in Houston, Texas, USA. She is an Associate Professor at Baylor College of Medicine (BCM) and serves as the Director of the PM&R residency and the pediatric rehabilitation medicine fellowship programs. Her clinical and research interests are in Cerebral palsy and Spasticity management. Dr. Dy received her medical degree from the University of Santo Tomas, Philippines, completed a combined Peds/PM&R residency program at Albert Einstein Medical Center and Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, and Pediatric Rehabilitation Fellowship at A.I. Dupont Hospital for Children in Delaware. She is triple board certified in Pediatrics, PM&R and Pediatric Rehabilitation. Dr. Dy is an active member of several organizations such as the AAPM&R, AACPDM, Association of Academic Physiatrists (AAP), and serves as the Chair of the Education Committee of the ISPRM.
