We are always looking out for you and as timely as can be, we would like to sum up this arduous 2022 hoping to help you shed some light and manage signs of burnout in the coming new year.

When chronic and excessive stress is not managed properly, burnout becomes an ‘effect’ at the workplace. Stress and burnout are our responses to challenges.
Some of the symptoms of burnout are:
- physical, emotional, and mental exhaustion
- feeling disengaged from work, cynicism, overwhelmed feeling, difficulty performing optimally at work, and lower productivity.
- Burnout can also affect our personal lives and make us feel moody, irritable and tired, causing relationship issues, sleep deprivation, etc.
