Jean-Pierre Gaertner, currently Technical and Sales Manager at Athena Global Service Telecom (AGST), oversees the promotion and distribution of Bicom Systems solutions in France. With over seven years in VoIP, he advanced from Technician to Support Manager at Wildix France, where he led support teams, implemented SLAs, and conducted training for partners. Since joining AGST in July 2023, Jean-Pierre has driven innovation, hosted events to promote Bicom Systems, and contributed technical expertise to sales processes. A graduate of the University of Cape Town and Rondebosch Boys' High School, he brings adaptability, market awareness, and a user-focused approach to his work.
