First Due Senior Product Expert, Ronny Smith specializes in Pre-planning, Response, Incident Command, Training, and Hydrants, bringing over 25 years of experience from Central Kitsap Fire and Rescue. With 8 years of IAFF Leadership at CKFR, Ronny is dedicated to serving his community and fellow firefighters. Since the early days of First Due, he has been instrumental in the company's product development. Currently, a Captain, Ronny has been honored as Firefighter of the Year twice and recently received the Distinguished Service Medal for his exceptional contributions to Kitsap County.

First Due Solutions Consultant Mike Gority has been in Fire/EMS for 30 years, first as a career Firefighter/Paramedic in the Tampa Bay area of Florida, then later EMS on the Oregon Coast. Mike is a field-tested expert in the areas of data management and analysis, operations and training, GIS education, and Fire/EMS Software in general.

Kyle Nelligan is an experienced fire service professional based in Wilmington, North Carolina. With a passion for improving emergency response operations, Kyle has dedicated over nine years to serving as a Lieutenant for the City of Wilmington Fire Department. In 2020, Kyle transitioned to First Due as a client success manager and has since expanded his expertise by joining the First Due product team. His areas of focus include pre-plans and hydrants with a concentration on leveraging critical data for situational awareness. Kyle's exceptional communication and field experience allow him to excel in supporting fire & EMS professionals.

Jeff Dulin is the Strategic Advisor for National & Global Programs for the International Association of Fire Chiefs. Jeff also oversees several of the IAFC’s GIS Projects where he works on programs that collect, analyze and disseminate information. In this role, Jeff oversees all Technology Research Projects and data development tools for use prior to and during disasters. Jeff Works closely with State, Local, and Federal partners in the GIS arena to help bring real-time data sharing from the field to decision-makers. Jeff has been very active in the disaster response arena deploying to dozens of national disasters as part of Incident Management Teams and was the Deputy Operations Chief for the 2012 Democratic National Convention in Charlotte, NC.

Prior to the IAFC, Jeff retired as the Deputy Chief of the Charlotte Fire Department after 33 years where he served as a Deputy Chief for the last 14 years over the Communications, Training, EM / Homeland Security, and Special Operations Divisions. Jeff has spoken Nationally and Internationally on Disaster and Homeland Security and Emergency Management issues. Jeff serves on three Federal Committees overseeing National Standards for Homeland Security, Emergency Management, and Active Shooter Events. Jeff holds a BA in Fire Administration from the University of Maryland and is a Graduate of the Naval Postgraduate School with a Master's in Homeland Defense and National Security. Jeff has presented Internationally in the UK, EU, Australia, and the Middle East for many years.
