The Supreme Court’s recent ruling has prevented required vaccinations for the majority of U.S. employees, except for the 10 million working in the healthcare industry. As many frontline workers are torn by this decision, it has left Chief Nursing Offers, HR, and mid-management staff scrambling to ensure their employees’ vaccination status are recorded and accounted for.

For the majority of states, the deadline to ensure staff is qualified to work under the new mandate is February 28th. Facilities that have a practice in place ahead of time will decrease turnover, reduce labor costs, and avoid mandate-related fines.
