Daniel Gizinski
Chief Strategy Officer, Comtech
Daniel Gizinski was named Chief Strategy Officer in December 2022. Previously he held various senior management positions at Comtech, including President of Comtech Satellite Networks Technologies, Inc. and Vice President of Product and Strategy for Comtech Systems Inc. Prior to joining Comtech in 2019, Daniel held program management and leadership roles at General Electric, Sierra Nevada Corporation, and L3Harris Technologies. Daniel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia and a Master’s degree from Duke University.

Roly Rigual
Vice President of Sales and Business Development, Comtech
Roly Rigual is a seasoned leader in the telecommunications industry, with a proven track record of driving sales engineering and strategic solutions to achieve remarkable results. Prior to joining Comtech, Roly served as the Vice President of Sales Engineering & Strategic Solution Group at iDirect Government Technologies. Roly led teams to consistently surpass quarterly and annual revenue targets, demonstrating a strong commitment to excellence. Recognized for his motivational leadership style, Roly was instrumental in fostering a culture of innovation and implementing comprehensive sales engineering and strategic solutions strategies. As one of the original 9 members of the iDirect Government team he played a key role in growing the company from under $5 million in revenue in 2007 to over $100 million.

With over two decades of experience, Roly possesses a deep understanding of the telecommunications landscape, having held leadership roles at top-tier telecommunications companies including Nortel Networks, Sprint/Alcatel Networks, and Net2000 Communications. Throughout his career, Roly has excelled in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving business growth, and leading teams to success.

Roly graduated Suma Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Shenandoah University, Winchester, Va. and as the Honor Graduate from the Graduate Naval Air Training Center Aviation Support Technician (electrical) course in the USMC Reserves.
