With 25 years full time service in Christian Ministry, extensive missions work (over 220 trips to 45 countries), has worked on over 300 projects including: 1 Million Hours of Prayer for Wales, Prayer Week, Sporting Marvels, Prayer Magazine, Looking for God, 100m National Day of Prayer and Worship, 100m and. Between 2008 and 2015 Carl worked for UCB initially as Prayer Coordinator, then Ministry Director and before leaving Operations Director. Now living back in his home country of Wales, Carl is working on fewer projects to focus on being CEO of Neighbourhood Prayer Network - to find 260,000 Christians who will take spiritual responsibility for the street, they live on.
