This 90 minutes, virtual Forum will focus on exploring new and innovative ways to prioritize employee wellbeing and recognition in the workplace. In addition to being a seasoned strategist, Lynette is also an experienced human resources, recognition, and performance researcher and analyst. She draws on industry trends and data-backed best practices, in combination with her deep client experience, to help customers consider the many aspects of what it means to make work more human, validate their human applications strategy, and achieve early program success. Lynette has been with Workhuman for more than 15 years where she has led teams and projects from both the US and Irish headquarters. She holds a B.S. and M.S. from Boston University.

Pooja Mohan

Pooja Mahalakshmi Mohan is a Global Human Resources Leader. She has led and effectively managed about 20 countries globally - which includes EU work councils. Pooja has been a young successful entrepreneur in managing Tower Business and held equity working with the investors unlike HR professionals who can turnaround complex start up business.

Pooja has managed different industries which includes Manufacturing, Engineering, Energy Management, Information technology and Banking (BFSI) sectors. She has held diverse roles of increasing responsibility in technology transformation, Mergers & Acquisition in strategic deals, Crisis Management, Global Mobility & International assignments across various countries like US, Singapore, India, China, Dubai, UK&I, France, Spain, Italy. Pooja started her career journey in 2003 and held various roles in companies like Infosys, Chemoil, Bank of America and currently with Eurotherm by Schneider Electric on a global role recently acquired by Watlow.

Pooja attended Loyola Institute of Business Administration in India specialized in Human Resources and Strategic Management. She enjoys playing tennis and passionate in investing time to support Girls Education.

Paul James
Head of Training, Research & Wellbeing Academy at Gestamp
Paul is the Head of the Training, Research & Wellbeing Academy at Gestamp in Newton Aycliffe. He has spent most of his career in the Automotive and Manufacturing environment, in both Operational and Training Leadership roles.

He focuses on people management and talent growth supported by effective wellbeing strategies and actions to allow individuals to fulfil their potential at work.

His role also allows him to focus on employees’ families and the local community to continue to develop the talent pipeline for the future, while creating a modern medical department that meets both the physical and mental demands of the workforce/their families and the wider community.

As Head, Wellbeing at Standard Chartered, Jeremy is responsible for the Bank’s strategy for the wellbeing of some 98,000 colleagues (and their families) across 59 markets. This seeks to build on four foundational pillars of support for mental, physical, financial and social wellbeing to create a model of wellbeing that is sustainable within a high-performing culture.

A qualified actuary with some 35 years’ multinational consulting and client experience, Jeremy has developed a particular interest in how companies can organise work and shape the employee value proposition to help meet human, social, generational, demographic and business challenges.
