He is Design Director at Futurice and has years of experience in consulting clients, creating service strategies, and bringing them to reality by creating digital products. He has a strong focus on leading innovation projects and initiatives, supporting the creative process with new design methods, and exploring new service opportunities in emerging sectors (ecosystems creation, digital health, urban mobility). Gianni has been working for major international clients and in different industries, such as healthcare, automotive, financial, and energy fields.

Björn Baumgärtner
Head of the Inflammation Marketing, Gilead Sciences
Björn has joined Gilead Sciences in Sep 2019 and has been driving a successful launch of Filgotinib as Head of the Inflammation Marketing department in Munich, Germany. His focus lies on pioneering multi-channel communications and driving new approaches to customer engagement. Björn draws on ten years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Formerly, he has been in various commercial roles with Celgene and served as a business consultant to several pharma companies.

Dr. Thomas Rudolf
Executive Board Member, Oberender AG
As a member of the Executive Board of Oberender AG, Dr. Thomas Rudolf is responsible for the areas of strategy consulting and M&A as well as digital health and start-up consulting. Additionally, he advances the topic of Digital Health as a lecturer for data analytics and performance planning at hospitals at Hochschule Rosenheim and OTH Amberg-Weiden and as a start-up mentor at InsureTech Hub Munich. Prior to this, he gained many years of experience in the field of healthcare as Head of Corporate Development at Sana Kliniken AG.

Jeremy Dähn
Head of Digitization and Innovation, Johanniter
Jeremy is a digital health enthusiast and strategy manager. He is Head of Digitization and Innovation at Johanniter, the hospital arm of the German Chivalric Order. He is responsible for fostering the digital transformation, implementing new digital business models and supporting innovation projects. In his years at Helios / Fresenius, Axel Springer and hy!, Jeremy gained an inside knowledge of digitization from Europe’s biggest hospital provider, as well in the transformation from a newspaper company to Europe’s leading digital media company. He headed collaboration and consulting projects within Fresenius as well with other hospital providers, pharmaceutical companies, and industry partners to evaluate new business opportunities. Jeremy is also a business mentor of several accelerators and Innovation initiatives.
