Dr. Jordan Hanberry
Urologist
Urologist Jordan Hanberry, MD, earned his medical degree from the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, Louisiana. He completed a residency in Urology at UAMS.

Dr. Hanberry is a board eligible member of the physician team at Jefferson Regional Urology Associates and the Jefferson Regional Medical staff. He is an active volunteer with Men’s Health Outreach.

As a child, Dr. Hanberry dreamed of becoming a head groundskeeper of a golf course. Even now, he describes a perfect day as one spent exploring Scotland with his wife, Courtney, eating black pudding and biscuits, and playing golf at St. Andrews.

When he isn’t providing patient care, Dr. Hanberry loves spending time with his family and friends, including dogs Oliver and Murphy. In addition to golf, he enjoys snow skiing and duck hunting. He is pleased to fulfill a need for urologic care in Southeast Arkansas where he admires the spirit of our tight-knit communities. Dr. Hanberry feels it is a privilege to serve here and hopes to grow lifelong relationships with people of the region.

Dr. Nathan Green
Urologist
Urologist Nathan Green, MD, earned his medical degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS) in Little Rock. He was a recipient of the Barton Foundation Award and the Medical Alumni Scholarship. He completed a residency in Urology and an internship in General Surgery, both at UAMS.

Dr. Green is a board eligible member of the physician team at Jefferson Regional Urology Associates in Pine Bluff and the Jefferson Regional Medical Staff.

As a child, Dr. Green wanted to be a CSI (Crime Scene Investigator). This was based around his fascination with solving puzzles and uncovering hidden truths. This eventually transitioned into his journey as a physician. Guided by similar principles of meticulous analysis, collaborative teamwork and a commitment to problem solving, his childhood dream laid the foundation for a career in medicine.

When asked why he chose to practice medicine in Southeast Arkansas, Dr. Green stated that “Having grown up in a small town in Arkansas, I recognize the resemblances between my hometown and the Pine Bluff community. My desire to serve within a close-knit population and address the distinct healthcare intricacies they encounter, has guided my journey to practice medicine in Southeast Arkansas.”

When not practicing medicine, Dr. Green can be found spending quality time with his family, exploring the world by visiting new cities and countries with his wife, Shelby, hiking outdoors, testing new recipes and enjoying ice cream!

Dr. Nickolas Scherzer
Urologist
Urologist Nickolas Scherzer, MD, earned his medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine. He completed a residency in urology at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock.

Dr. Scherzer is a member of the physician team at Jefferson Regional Urology Associates and the Jefferson Regional Medical Staff.

A native of Wisconsin, Dr. Scherzer is happy to practice medicine in Southeast Arkansas and feels it is a great personality fit for him. He likes the welcoming culture and is excited to give back to this tight-knit community. When he is not providing patient care, Dr. Scherzer enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time outdoors with his wife, Marie, and their two children. His idea of a perfect day would involve waking up early to some black coffee, hunting or fishing with his dad or a great friend, then spending the afternoon with his family by the lake. The perfect end to the day would involve smoking chicken wings to enjoy while watching the Green Bay Packers beat the Bears during prime-time!
