Early days to later years

This session will equip people with a stoma to:

- Understand the experiences and needs of children and teenagers with an ostomy

- Appreciate the distinct physical, psychological and mental challenges faced by many older people with a stoma

- Provide appropriate care for the often more fragile peristomal skin of younger and older ostomates

- Led by a customer and their young son who are both ostomates
