Francesco is a Partner in Pantheon’s European Private Equity Investment and Global Private Debt Investment teams and is actively involved in all Pantheon’s European investment activities.
Francesco was previously with Unigestion, where he managed the firm’s global secondaries program. Prior to Unigestion he was a partner and co-founder of the European venture capital firm DN Capital, having spent three years prior to that as part of the European investment team at Advent International. He has a BA in East Asian studies from Princeton University, and received an MBA from Insead.

Andjela leads the Deal Engine - the technical domain in which all deal making systems at EQT are collected, including the AI-powered deal making platform Motherbrain. The mission of the Deal Engine is to empower investment professionals with high-end technology solutions and to enrich the deal pipeline with data and insights.
Prior to joining EQT Andjela worked at Amazon Web Services in EMEA, was a consultant with Netlight and a co-founder in the games industry.
Her educational background stems in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Management, and she is a numbers-nerd at heart.
Christopher Lee

Prior to joining the firm, he worked on the investment team at Coller Capital, focusing on direct and co-investments. Christopher began his career as an M&A and Capital Markets attorney at O’Melveny & Myers before joining Evercore as an investment banker, where he advised clients across a broad range of industries on M&A, debt restructurings, capital raises and other strategic decisions.
Christopher holds a JD from Harvard Law School, an MBA from Columbia Business School and is a graduate of Harvard College.

Nathan has been in private equity/finance for over 15 years. Nathan holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University) and a bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from Bowdoin College.
Prior to starting CRP, Nathan spent over ten years at a NY-based middle market private equity firm with $1.5 billion of assets under management. Nathan was a board member of numerous companies, including Lift Brands, The Dwyer Group (now called Neighborly), DLT Solutions, and BQ Resorts. Earlier in his career, Nathan spent several years at Merrill Lynch in the media and telecom investment banking division, as a telecom strategy consultant at inCode Wireless (now a subsidiary of Ericsson) and started his career as a business analyst at Deloitte Consulting.
