Like many industries, the Covid-19 pandemic has impacted the flexible office space sector and as a result we have seen some interesting changes within the industry.

Jack Williamson, Head of Workthere UK (the Savills backed flexible office space brokerage) will be discussing the current state of the flexible office market, the latest sector trends and what the future holds for flex space.

Jack will also be sharing some industry insight from their recent global research report, the Workthere Flexmark 2.0. One of their most interesting findings being that despite the challenges of the pandemic, flexible office spaces have seen an increase in profitability on a global scale, with 82% of flexible office providers profitable at an operating profit margin level, which is up from 79% in their last survey.
