Melisa currently heads the global Sustainable Procurement function at Aon. She is responsible for bringing together Sustainability, Diversity and Risk governance across Aon’s global supply chain spanning over 120 countries.

Melissa brings extensive experience in ESG, Supply Chain management and Procurement. She has been with Aon for nearly 12 years where she has held a variety of roles ranging from organizational transformation and continuous operational improvement to identifying new opportunities for Aon to demonstrate its commitment to colleagues, clients and the communities in which Aon serves.

Current responsibility is focused on achieving Aon’s commitment to NetZero by 2030, increasing Supplier Diversity utilization and economic inclusion initiatives while managing ongoing regulatory requirements across Aon’s global supply chain. While focused on Aon’s internal corporate initiatives, Melissa has also partnered with Aon’s ESG Advisory practice to develop new, innovative solutions to meet clients evolving needs in the marketplace.
Melissa currently serves on the Board of the Lubeznik Center for the Arts where she chairs the Fundraising Committee and is passionate about making art accessible and thought provoking.
