When he’s not in the office, Nathan enjoys spending time with his friends and family—camping and riding horses or ATVs. He and his wife are from the Minnesota/North Dakota area originally, and although they love Colorado, they’re happy to be back at home in Perham.

He and his wife, Stacey, have been married for more than 20 years, and together they have two daughters, Harper and Hadley.

Ann Ozuna, also known as “The Federal Retirement Lady”, has more than 30 years’ experience in federal human resources management. She brings a unique perspective on the topic of Federal Benefits because she, herself, is a retired CSRS employee. She worked in Personnel Management for the Department of Defense and the Bonneville Power Administration. She worked in the areas of position classification, staffing, HR Information Systems, Non-Appropriated Funds, and benefits for the Departments of Defense and Energy. She has been teaching federal benefits seminars across the country and her expertise has played a vital role in unraveling some of the toughest benefit questions and circumstances for employees in all stages of their careers.
