Did you miss out March 18th AB 1825/2053 training??? No worries, we have you covered.
Due to the overwhelming requests for another session, we are excited to announce that we will be conducting the mandatory California Sexual Harassment and Abusive Conduct Prevention Training for Supervisors on May 7, 2015 at 10AM (PST)
All employers in California with 50 or more employees must ensure that their employees who supervise at least 1 employee complete an interactive Mandatory Sexual Harassment and Abusive Conduct Prevention Training for Supervisors course every 2 years and new supervisors within 6 months of becoming a supervisor. AB 2053 (Anti-Bullying/Abusive Conduct Law) went into effect January 1, 2015 and applies to employers with 50+ employees. The training and course requirements are very specific and this program satisfies the requirements for compliance with AB 1825 and AB 2053.
Everyone is welcome to join and take part in this training. For employers wishing to satisfy the compliance requirements, the cost for certification by the trainer and required documents that are required to be retained for 2 years, the cost is $5.00 per attendee (includes the certificates, training materials, quizzes, and documentation required for compliance). Those employees being certified will be directed to a link to complete their quiz and acknowledge their participation. This is interactive, so all attendees should have speakers and microphone capability.
