Join us for our next masterclass, as Sean Ryan explores how organisations can rebuild trust after a crisis.
This is the third masterclass in Sean’s series on crisis communication – you can catch up with the previous ones in the Masterclass Video Library section of the Media Team Academy hub.
During this session, Sean will cover:
• How can you rebuild the trust of your stakeholders after a crisis
• What you need to be doing in advance of a crisis to make this strategy stick
• The lessons he has learnt about managing the media during his tenure as Director of Media at Save the Children
The session takes place on Tuesday 11 October at 11am.
We want the masterclass to be as interactive as possible. So do ask Sean your crisis communication questions.
If you have a question but can’t make the session, send it to aimee@mediafirst.co.uk, and we will pass it onto Sean.
