CA requires employers with 50 or more employees and ICs to have their supervisors complete a 2 hour interactive training that covers sexual harassment and abusive conduct prevention training every 2 years.
This course covers the whats, why's and hows of understanding, identifying, preventing, and responding to sexual and other harassment and abusive conduct in the workplace.
This course satisfies the requirements for compliance with AB 1825 (effective 2004) and AB 2053 (effective January 1, 2015).
