After joining tricentis in 2016, Dave worked to create Tricentis Artificial Intelligence division, a division focused on making it easier for test professionals to do their work. Alan Shimel

Mallory Haigh

Director of Customer Success - Humanitec

Mallory is a workshop host for Platform Engineering community, and a platform therapist at Humanitec. With a background in customer success, full-stack software engineering, and engineering management, she focuses on the strength of intersection of humans and technology. She brings a passion for education, the anthropological approach to human-computer interaction, and improving developer experience to her work on dozens of platforms of all sizes over the last few years. When not connecting people with their platforms, Mallory is an avid equestrian and hobby farmer, and also a cat and dog mom.

He is a co-author of several influential DORA reports and a contributor and editor of the O'Reilly book, "97 Things Every Cloud Engineer Should Know" (2020).
