About This Summit
This month we will work on increasing our flexibility and improving our strength.
Each week we will have 3 flows + a short mat Pilates class.
In every flow we will work on different modalities ( flexibility - slow flow and posture clinic).
Class schedule will varies every week.
Flow classes will be at 10am est or 12pm est and the Pilates class will be on Monday OR Thursday at 11am est.
