    Susan Jackson is Senior Legal Counsel, Commercial, Trade & Information Governance as well as a certified computer forensic examiner at Novelis Corporation in Atlanta, Georgia. Susan has worked for Novels Corporation, and its predecessor, Alcan Aluminum Corporation for the past 22 years with a focus on Corporate Governance, International Trade, Commercial Contracts, Information Governance and eDiscovery. Susan has responsibility for working on US Anti-dumping / counter-veiling duties cases, responding to the government through its various 332, and 232 investigations. Susan also works with both the Aluminum Association and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce to create policy positions on various free trade agreements. Susan is a key partner to Novelis’ internal Trade and Compliance team leading ongoing participation in CTPAT and PIP, along with other strategic trade initiatives. Recently, Susan has been named DPO for North America.

    Additionally, she is responsible for both the global records retention and eDiscovery programs, Susan operates a forensic lab for all HR investigations and IS cybersecurity investigations, eDiscovery requests, compliance with internal policies regarding Electronically Stored Information and international data privacy regulations. Susan works with the FBI, Secret Service and the Department of Homeland security on a variety of electronic crimes, cyber security incidents and insider threat programs. Susan is also an adjunct professor at Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School teaching four courses; eDiscovery and Computer Forensics, Cyber Security and Data Privacy, and then two practical experiential courses using cutting edge software for eDiscovery and Cybersecurity.

Prior to joining the eDiscovery & Investigations Team, Tom held a variety of positions in Information Technology, including Server Management, Security Operations, and Third Party Security Risk Assessment. Currently, he project manages all e-discovery activities at RTX, and consults with application owners to align business needs and E-Discovery requirements.
    Tom holds a Master of Science in Information Assurance from Norwich University and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Boston University, and has earned both CISSP and CISM security certifications and CIPP/US and CIPP/E privacy certifications.

King is a global thought leader, strategist, solutionist, orator, peace advocate, and CEO of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Center For Nonviolent Social Change (The King Center), which was founded by her mother as the official living memorial to the life, work, and legacy of her father. In this position, Bernice continues to advance her parents’ legacy of
    nonviolent social change through policy, advocacy, research, as well as education & training through the Kingian philosophy of nonviolence, which she re-branded Nonviolence365™️ (NV365).

    Through her work at The King Center, she educates youth and adults around the world about the nonviolent principles and strategies modeled by her parents. Under her leadership, the Center has implemented numerous initiatives reaching over 500,000 people around the world, including the Beloved Community Leadership Academy, Students with King, NV365 Education & Training, and The Beloved Community Talks, a courageous conversations platform about the difficult racial and social justice issues impacting our world. Dr. King led the development of an NV365 certification program for trainers, which provides individuals with the opportunity to teach the NV365 curriculum on behalf of The King Center. She is an instructor for the program and a trainer.

    Dr. King received both a Juris Doctor (JD) and a Master of Divinity (MDiv) Degree from Emory University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Spelman College. From 1990 -1992 she served as a law clerk for Judge Glenda Hatchett, the Chief Judge of The Fulton County Juvenile Detention Court. She served for seven years as an Assistant Pastor of Greater Rising Star Baptist Church in Atlanta where she organized and developed several new ministries. In 2007, she established the Be A King Scholarship in honor of her mother at Spelman College. Dr. King spearheaded the 2013 “Let Freedom Ring” event commemorating the 50th Anniversary of The March on Washington and her father’s “I Have a Dream”
    speech. The global event included President Barack Obama, President Bill Clinton, and President Jimmy Carter, members of Congress, as well as many other international leaders, dignitaries, and entertainers. In March 2018, Dr. King was fortunate to have a private audience with his holiness, Pope Francis. In 2020, she was influential in encouraging Atlanta Business leaders to actively support major racial equity and social justice issues, including the successful passage of Georgia's Hate Crime legislation.

    Dr. King has received numerous awards and recognitions. She is the recipient of two Phoenix Awards. She received her first in 2020 from The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, where The Phoenix Award recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions to society and is their highest award. The second Phoenix Award was received in 2023 from the City of Atlanta. It recognizes outstanding achievements and service to the city, state, nation, and world, and is the highest award an individual or group can receive from the Mayor of the City of Atlanta. In addition to these awards, in 2021, she received the Atlanta Business Chronicle Lifetime Achievement Award for Diversity, Equity, and
    Inclusion. She also received an honorary Doctor of Divinity from Wesley College and Clinton College, an honorary Doctor of Humane Letters from Spelman College, and an honorary Doctor of Laws from Grinnell College. As a noted author, she has to her credit, “Hard Questions, Heart Answers,” as well as a children’s book entitled “It Starts with Me,” which is a part of The King Center’s Be Love movement.

    She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, admitted since 1992; a registered mediator through the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution; a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated (AKA), the Rotary Club of Atlanta, the International Women’s Forum (IWF), the National Council of Negro Women (NCNW), and the 50 th Anniversary class of Leadership Atlanta (2020); a board member of The King Center, and The National Black Bank Foundation (NBBF). Dr. King is also Advisory Council Chair for Ready Life, a Fintech (Financial Technology) Services company that provides a novel pathway to home ownership without a credit score. Additionally, she serves as Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Alliance for Redemption Holdings, an investor Company acquiring an existing profitable bank to build a tech-enabled minority focused financial institution (A Black Bank).
    Dr. King is an innovative, inspirational, and transformational leader.     Over the last decade, Jennifer has also developed deep experience in the area of e-discovery and document management. Jennifer has managed virtually all aspects of discovery in the single plaintiff, multiparty and multidistrict litigation (MDL) contexts, including leading legal hold implementation and ongoing management, developing preservation strategies incorporating IT and HR functions, selecting and managing vendors, identifying and forensically collecting custodial and noncustodial data, training, overseeing and conducting quality control of large and diverse review teams, aiding in validation and production, coordinating nonparty discovery, taking and defending lay and expert depositions, working with experts to develop case-specific reports, and preparing exhibits for trial.

    Jennifer also works with corporate executives to build comprehensive information governance programs, including record retention, defensible disposition, litigation hold management, communication management and preservation. In 2014, I implemented an enterprise eDiscovery tool at an Atlanta based company and maintained it there for 4 years. In 2018, I started working at Aflac and in early 2020 Aflac implemented the Exterro eDiscovery tool using the Legal Hold, EDDM and Review modules. At Aflac, I have trained over 90 internal employees and the staff of our outside counsel how to use the Exterro system.

Frank's experience includes five years as a Computer Forensic Analyst with Homeland Security Investigations and two years as a Special Investigator for the South Carolina Attorney General's office, working with the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force.     Brad Harris has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Brad started his career at Tektronix as a Product Marketing Manager in 1980 and remained with the company until 1997. From 1997 to 2002, they served as the VP of Marketing at Intersolv/Merant (now Serena). Brad then worked as a Senior Product Manager at Cadence from 2002 to 2003. Brad joined Hewlett-Packard in 2003 as a Market Development Manager, and in 2004, they joined Fios, Inc as the Director of Product Management and Legal Technology Consulting. At Fios, Inc, Brad was responsible for product management and establishing discovery readiness consulting methodologies. Brad then moved to Zapproved in 2009 as the Vice President of Product and Distinguished Fellow, where he led the product strategy for their e-discovery applications. Brad also worked at Hanzo from 2019 to 2022, initially serving as the Vice President of Product and later transitioning into the role of Vice President of Product and Service Delivery. Currently, Brad is working at Exterro as the VP of Solutions, starting from 2023.
