Her background includesexpertise in compostable materials and packaging, zero waste facility certification, life cycle analysis, and sustainable materials management.Prior to joining GreenBlue, she led corporate sustainability and waste initiatives at World Centric, Etsy, Cascade Designs, and Cascadia Consulting. Olga has a Master of Environmental Management from Yale Universitys School of Forestry & Environmental Studies, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington. She is certified as a LEED Green Associate and a TRUE Zero Waste Advisor.
Joachim Kircher

Joachim Kircher is a Senior Manager of the denkstatt group and advising clients on sustainability issues to creates sustainable value in various industries including the retail industry and the food and beverage sector. Joachim has worked as a sustainability consultant and development aid worker for more than 20 years in projects around the globe for amongst others, Coca-Cola Hellenic, Philipp Morris International, REWE Group, ALDI SÜD and SIEMENS. Joachims main expertise is helping clients to define their sustainability strategies on decarbonization, environmental protection, energy efficiency or sustainable packaging and integrating these strategies into their organisational procedures. At the moment he is focusing on sustainable packaging, decarbonisation and water steward ship issues. He is based in Vienna, enjoys his family with the 2 kids and cycling in his free time.
