Arnab is an Innovator, Researcher and Entrepreneur focused on progressing the Underwater Domain Awareness (UDA) Framework for the Indian Ocean Region (IOR). A former Indian Navy Commander with over two decades of active service spread across sea tenures, research projects and technology management assignments. He has a Masters and PhD from IIT Delhi in Underwater Technology and has also worked at the University of Tokyo and National University of Singapore. He is the founder and director of the Maritime Research Centre (MRC) and also runs his own start-up called M/S NirDhwani Technology Pvt Ltd.
