Vagan Shakhgildian
President of Comtech Satellite Network Technologies Corp.
Vagan Shakhgildian was named President of the Commercial Group of Comtech Satellite Network Technologies in June 2021. He joined Comtech in March 2021, as part of the acquisition of Canada-based UHP Networks. As the CEO of UHP Networks, he led the company from a virtual start-up to a market leader in high-performance VSAT systems. Prior to that Dr. Shakhgildian was the President and COO of Advantech Wireless, Head of Research at Adaptive Broadband and held senior R&D positions with Motorola and Signal Processors. Dr. Shakhgildian holds advanced degrees in mathematics and electronic engineering, as well as an MBA from the London Business School.

Louis Dubin
Senior Vice President Product Management, Comtech Satellite Network Technologies
Louis Dubin is Senior Vice President, Product Management for Comtech Satellite Network Technologies. In this role, he directs the organization towards its primary technology and marketing objectives, defining new product/solution business cases and prioritizing development across all product lines. Mr. Dubin investigates new technologies and potential partnerships that may enhance the company's market position. He joined Comtech in 2008, through the acquisition of Radyne Corporation. During his tenure at Radyne Corporation, Mr. Dubin held the positions of President of Radyne's Phoenix, Arizona division and Vice President of Sales. Mr. Dubin has over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications and transmission industry. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology, and completed the Stanford Executive program in Technology Management.

Richard Swardh is Senior Vice President, Premium Enterprise & Mobile Operators for Comtech Satellite Network Technologies. In this role, he leads the market development and direction for the Telecom and Enterprise markets, directing long-term strategic initiatives and defining solution suites and feature sets. A Telecom Industry veteran, Mr. Swardh’s background includes strategic and operational positions at Ericsson with business development, partnership management and strategy execution responsibilities.
