Kirk Koenigsbauer has 30+ years of experience as a technology product and marketing leader. As CVP and COO at Microsoft, he’s focused on building commercial SaaS offerings and driving growth initiatives for the Microsoft 365 suite of offerings.
Kirk’s product scope includes developing the new Microsoft Viva Employee Experience offering, the Microsoft 365 data platform, and the Digital Employee Experience team supporting Microsoft’s 200K+ employees. On the COO front, Kirk is responsible for the product strategy, growth, and business performance of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Enterprise Mobility + Security, Windows, and more. Additionally, Kirk’s team is home to the FastTrack organization driving customer success for Microsoft 365.
Kirk also spent several years as a business and engineering leader at Amazon.com. He’s currently on the Board of Directors at Thomson Reuters.

Before joining Wells Fargo in 2021, Leo spent 20 years at Goldman Sachs.
