About
A huge wave of change is hitting the talent market. Companies need to hire at a rapid pace. The new realities of remote and hybrid work, and commitment to diversity, create added complexity. At the same time, current employees are starting to switch jobs after a long pandemic.

Companies must be prepared for the most competitive hiring market ever and a potential talent exodus. They can’t throw money at the problem and aging HR technologies aren’t fit for purpose. Companies that fail to find and keep talent are at greater risk.

- Employers can’t hire the best people or hire fast enough
- Employers must consider hybrid and remote options for every role
- DE&I has become a critical area of focus not just a talking point
- Retention is a must. Each person who quits creates one more role to fill and get up to speed
