Chris Watters is a successful real estate entrepreneur and founder of Watters International Realty. He is known for building an independent brokerage utilizing the team-centric model in Austin, Texas, during the Great Recession. Watters' vision and entrepreneurial spirit led him from sleeping on his girlfriend's couch in 2010 to becoming the first team owner to EARN $1M in net income (after expenses) in three short years. He is also driven by a desire to improve the success rate of real estate agents through proven training and innovative consumer-facing programs. Watters is a graduate of Texas State University and resides in his hometown of Austin with his wife and daughters.

Steve de Laveaga is the CEO and founder of RISE Consulting. He has extensive experience in sales and marketing, having previously held the position of SVP and National Sales Manager for Fidelity National Title Group. In this role, he oversaw 3,100 sales executives and assisted over 200 sales managers across the US. Steve also acted as the Chief Revenue Officer for the FNF Owned Technology, which totaled a valuation well over 1 billion dollars and spanned over 125 million in annual revenue. In addition, he created the No. 1 Realtor Mastermind group in the US which encompassed 2.5 Billion dollars annually in production, leading over 250 Mastermind events in the last 2 years. Consequently, Steve is well-equipped to provide valuable insights on how to grow a business.
