Under Craig’s stewardship, OAO has seen healthy growth and expansion while remaining true to its core philosophy of providing the highest level of service and support to digital publishers. Craig is currently splitting his time between New York City and Guatemala, as OAO continues to expand beyond the US and Canada into Latin America.

Michael Edwards
Sr. Director, Accounts
As Senior Director of Accounts at OAO, Michael leads a team dedicated to supporting and expanding existing business relationships, while collaborating in business development, partnership management, marketing, and sales efforts. Michael began his career at OAO in 2010 in ad operations and services, transitioning to the business group in 2019, supporting hundreds of publishers along the way.

A longtime NYC resident, motorsport enthusiast, and pilot, Michael now resides in his native New Jersey with his growing family.

Travis Ayer
Director, Sales and Business Development
As Director, Sales and Business Development at OAO, Travis is responsible for bringing in new clients, both sell side and buy side, and establishing partnerships to help grow the company. Travis began working at OAO in 2007 on the services side of the business, moved into a sales role back in 2013, and is now leading the company's sales efforts.
A Vermont native, Travis currently splits his time between New York, Vermont, North Carolina, and Idaho.
