Through her product, relationship management and legal roles at Citigroup, Merrill Lynch and AllianceBernstein, Patricia contributed to the development and distribution of several of the largest 529 plans in the nation. In addition, as an industry thought leader and as a designer of several children’s savings account programs, she has helped tens of thousands of families across the nation save for college over the past two decades.

Wayne Weber, CEO and Founder of GiftofCollege.com, is an entrepreneur who recognizes both the importance of higher education and the multi-generational crisis created by attempting to finance it. Since 2008, Wayne has been passionate about providing a simple and easy way for friends, family and employers to help save and pay for higher education
