Reconciliation Week runs from 27th May till 3rd of June and is a chance for all Australians to learn about our shared histories, cultures, and achievements; and to explore how each of us can contribute to achieving reconciliation in this country.

Join Fujitsu and Innovatus Digital and special guest Adam Goodes, Director and CEO of the IDIC and former Australian of the Year, for a special online event. The session will provide some first-hand insights from Adam as he sharing his perspective on Indigenous inclusion in the supply chain and some tips on business partnership, ambition and leadership lessons learnt from his varied career.

Adam Goodes is a name synonymous with Great Australian Athletes. A professional football career that spans more than 17 years, he holds an elite place in AFL/VFL history. The now CEO of Indigenous Defence and Infrastructure Consortium (iDiC).

An Adnyamathanha and Narungga man born in Wallaroo South Australia. Adam is proud of his heritage and passionate about eliminating discrimination in society. His strength of character draws from his drive to help Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People achieve economic independence. Working closely with federal and state Government, captains of corporate industry and prime contractors; Adam and the team at iDiC are at the forefront of change and have the opportunity to innovate and develop a better future.

Adam is married to Natalie and they have a Beautiful little girl Addie Vira Goodes born in June 2019. As well as being a proud dad Adam enjoys poker, soccer and spending time with family, friends and his rescue dog Chance.

Director - Responsible Business, Fujitsu
As Fujitsu Australia & New Zealand’s Director of Responsible Business, Blaise Porter manages Fujitsu’s environmental sustainability, community and Reconciliation programs within the Oceania region. As part of Fujitsu’s commitment to reconciliation, Blaise has led the development of Fujitsu’s Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), driving forward Fujitsu’s continuing ambition and commitment towards indigenous inclusion. She is also involved in our wide-ranging sustainability practice, which includes managing climate change response, emissions reduction, recycling and product stewardship. In community, Blaise has also been involved in the management of Fujitsu’s partnerships with our charity partners, Camp Quality and Soldier On. As a passionate advocate for diversity in the ICT industry, Blaise sits on Fujitsu’s D&I council.
