SAME Young Professionals COI Webinar: Navigating Generational Diversity in the Workplace

About This Webinar

While a multigenerational workforce is beneficial, it can also lead to challenges. Professionals in each age demographic have their own work styles, approaches, and experiences. Communication skills, adaptability, technical skills, learning styles, and cross-departmental collaboration are just a few of the areas in which leaders recognize differences between employees of different generations. While leading a generationally diverse team can be challenging, well-managed multigenerational firms experience many benefits from the broad range of skills and experiences. Discover how to bridge the gaps of a multigenerational workforce to provide a positive employee experience; leverage age-related differences to support employee retention efforts, business sustainability, and succession planning; and enable individuals to fulfill their professional potential.
