- We’ll explore some of the challenges of remote work and running online workshops and discuss how a combination of asynchronous and synchronous work can help solve them
- We’ll discuss how to factor asynchronous elements into workshop and training design and show some examples of how to use asynchronous methods, techniques, and tools
- We’ll talk about how to practically and effectively encourage participants to engage asynchronously and create a change in organizational mindset

As a facilitator, James has delivered workshops to all ages, and has created short courses for the National Centre for Writing in the UK. He has a particular passion for enabling creativity and helping young people gain the confidence to express themselves.
