Design Strategist
J. Schuh is a Design Strategist, who leads customers through design thinking workshops to help them create products and services that people really want to use. In 2014, he successfully implemented the global implementation of design thinking at Sabre, which included training people in England, Poland, India, and the USA. Schuh recently became a certified Design Thinking facilitator through IDEO.

Cassini has worked on large-scale design thinking projects for major companies. Plus, he has been a keynote speaker at the Big Design Conference and the IA Conference. Cassini speaks at industry events on design education, user research, design thinking, interaction design, usability, and information architecture.
Brian Sullivan
Head of User Research and Design Strategy at Sabre
Brian founded the UX Certification program at Southern Methodist University, where students are taught design strategy, user research, UX design, and usability testing within one semester. The program was recognized by Values College. Plus, it was a finalist for a Tech Titans Award in 2017. The UX program has been instrumental in moving students from the campus to career and helping working professionals move into new careers in management, strategy, user research, design, front-end development, and usability.
