SYSTEM ANALYST MANAGER AT UNIVERSITY OF ARKANSAS FOR MEDICAL SCIENCES
Catherine received her undergraduate degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Central Arkansas at Conway. Catherine has been a member of the Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals (ANFP) since 2001 and CDM and CFPP with Certifying Board for Dietary Managers (CBDM).

Although she did not attend a Dietetic Internship, her love for Nutrition and enhanced Information Technology makes this one of her favorite positions in her career. Catherine oversees Computrition for Clinical Nutrition & Epic integration, Patient Food Services with Room Service & Tray InMotion, Inventory Management with FOM integration, along with 7 Retail operations and Catering Services. Catherine has worked at UAMS for 13 years. Catherine and her husband Paul of 26 years enjoy a close family, including nieces, nephews, and one great-nephew Jackson.

Brooke started at Saint Luke’s Hospital of Kansas City as a room service agent, where she used Computrition on a daily basis. Two years later, she entered a new role managing several systems, one being Tray InMotion. They use Tray InMotion at 3 of their locations: Saint Luke’s East, Saint Luke’s South, and Saint Luke’s Hospital of Kansas City.
