    Associate Professor & Head, Department of Commerce, MAHE BLR. An academician with over 20 years of teaching experience, he holds a PhD from Anna University in International Human Resource Management. He teaches HR & Finance related courses. He is also involved in curriculum planning and design and the development of teaching-learning strategies. He has authored three textbooks in the area of human resource management, and his research articles have found their place in prominent international and national level journals. He is on the editorial board of several prestigious international journals. Presently his research is directed towards Capacity building and Performance management, Work-life balance, Employee Engagement, Organizational Commitment, Emotional intelligence & Transformational leadership.

Driven by a passion for research has published numerous articles in reputed national and International journals which include UGC, SCOPUS and ABDC. Over 25 papers presented in various national and international conferences and successfully authored books on commodity markets and strategic cost management whose content is relevant for M. Com. program. Apart from being academician, he also honed the skill of people management by handling responsible position in various institutions.
