When the Naked Truth Project started it set out to open eyes and free lives from the damaging impact of porn. We quickly discovered porn was a taboo subject. It was taboo to talk about in church at all, and taboo to suggest a negative impact in society. But how has that changed in the last 5 years? Is culture waking up to societal costs of porn use and is there an opportunity for the church to step up and bring hope and help?

“Bethany MacDonald has been a part of the Naked Truth team in various roles and now heads up Naked Truth Project’s Click to Kick recovery programme. Bethany has her own personal testimony of freedom from addiction to pornography and now, as a trained coach, walks alongside others on their own journey of hope and healing. She has piloted and facilitated the Click to Kick groups for women over the past six years and brings unique insight into the specific area of female recovery. She lives in Scotland with her husband, toddler and one on the way!"
Ian Henderson has lived with his family in Manchester since 2001. For the first 6 years he and his wife pioneered a youth community project (EDEN/Message Trust) in Harpurhey, which at the time was the most deprived ward in the UK. Ian then joined the Trust’s leadership team as an executive Director. In 2014 he left the Message to start Naked Truth & Visible. He is a gifted communicator and regularly speaks at conferences nationally and internationally.
