Samantha Bailey - Part of the Boutinot family since 1990, it would probably be quicker to list the countries Samantha hasn't developed wines in. Her encyclopaedic knowledge and great relationships equip her perfectly for her day-to-day role - tasting different parcels and stitching them together into amazing wines.

Eric Monnin - The flying winemaker. Joining Boutinot in 2005, Eric swiftly established himself as a fearless oenologist. His natural curiosity stood him in good stead for being sent to different parts of the world, often with no agenda, to find amazing wines.

Collette O'Leary - After joining Henners as Head Winemaker in 2019 the wines coming out of this small corner of Sussex have rapidly gone from well renowned, boutique wines to award winning, international bestsellers.

JD Rossouw - Leader of our South African winemaking team, it's fair to say JD was born to be a winemaker. Growing up helping on the family winery in Paarl instilled the winemaking principles he practices to this day. Having completed the first harvest at Wildeberg earlier this month there's never been a more exciting time at Boutinot South Africa.

Jessica Pioli-Coccorese - International marketing and product manager. After joining the customer services team in 2014 Jess has risen through the ranks in Boutinot International, combining her natural abilities with keeping the team in check with a boundless enthusiasm for wine.
