With expertise in transportation, gathering, and processing, he is skilled in leadership development, organisational restructuring, and capital market transactions. Terry has served on several industry boards, including the Texas Pipeline Association and the American Red Cross. He is currently the Board Chair for the Coastal Plains Chapter of the American Red Cross and a Board Member at Waterside Energy.
