This presentation will review four common scenarios in women’s health and help attendees strategize and develop a therapeutic approach to addressing them, primarily using botanicals. We will review a young woman with an irregular menstrual cycle and heavy menses, a postnatal woman struggling with nursing/milk supply, a perimenopausal woman struggling with symptoms, and a post-menopausal woman with menopause symptoms and joint dysfunction.*
Botanicals to be discussed will include: Chaste Tree, Rhodiola, Tribulus, Ginger, Shepherd’s Purse, Fenugreek, Black Cohosh, Maca, St. John’s Wort, Curcumin, Boswellia
and more.
