About This Summit
This series is a physical and emotional exploration of the backbending practice. We will tap into our heart space and explore the emotions that arise while deepening your flexibility in six peak backbends and hip openers: Wild Thing, Camel, King Pigeon, Wheel, King Dancer, and Bow. We will work on core, hip openers and mobility, vinyasa and drill classes. With backbending, it’s important to meet yourself where you are each time you step on the mat. We will work to tap into our full potential in a gentle way and we will learn to be patient with ourself as our journey unfolds.
