"With trust comes a sense of value―real value, not just value equated with money. Value, by definition, is the transference of trust. You can't convince someone you have value, just as you can't convince someone to trust you."
— Simon Sinek, Start with Why: How Great Leaders Inspire Everyone to Take Action
Scholars link trust in communities to stronger volunteerism, healthier lifestyles, and economic prosperity. But when people around the globe are in a low-trust state, how do you create strong, sustainable, and lasting communities – whilst in the middle of a pandemic and economic breakdown?
Divided we fall, but united we survive.
Make your community impossible to ignore by demonstrating the power of community that has helped the human race survive from the beginning. KiKi will share how you, as community leaders, can work proactively to earn trust and loyalty and motivate your members to cultivate a stronger community – even in the middle of chaos.
