Since the onset of COVID-19 in Colorado, we’ve seen the rapid acceleration of trends associated with the “future of work” from technological advances, market shifts, and disparate impacts on different demographics. Each of these trends has implications for how HR leaders, employers, and communities respond and thrive in the new world of work. In this session, the Director of the Office of the Future of Work will present data and information for HR leaders to consider when making decisions and recommendations, describe the impact of COVID-19 on the future of work trends, will share promising practices and case studies to promote agile employers, and will give audience members a chance to inform the road ahead for the Office of the Future of Work in Colorado.
